The Brief

The client requested a high-rise corporate development that would establish a strong visual presence within the city while providing flexible and future-ready work environments. The project focused on creating efficient office layouts, collaborative business spaces, and sustainable architectural systems that support productivity and long-term operational performance. The design direction emphasized sleek façades, expansive glazing, modern material compositions, and integrated public areas to create a professional and recognizable corporate destination.

Scope of Work

Cerette managed the project through a comprehensive architectural and construction process that included concept development, tower planning, façade design, structural coordination, workspace optimization, and 3D visualization.
